  A year ago The W was awesome and friendly, but its quickly becoming a bore and the manager Phil has been chasing off all the good bar staff, so place is becoming less and less friendly.

  CHEERS TO THE DENVER WRANGLER!!! I am honored to have ALWAYS experienced MANY dozens of SAFE and fun times with my friends for many years in your establishment. I had a great time in your establishment with my friends and out-of-town family at PRIDE 2015 last weekend. Through the years (and the years to come), my friends and I have spent and will spend many more thousands of dollars at your establishment. My friends and I are honored to enjoy many MORE great times in a SAFE environment in your bar/nightclub. Again, congratulations on keeping your customers SAFE AND HAPPY!! My hundreds of friends and I hope you had a very profitable & Happy 40th Anniversary Denver Pride celebration for 2015. We also wish you & your honest staff a SAFE AND PROFITABLE SUMMER. My hundreds of friends and I will surely be in your bar/nightclub this weekend to celebrate the landslide Supreme Court decision of legalized marriages for all gay Americans. The decision should have been made many, many decades ago. . I constantly have dozens of friends and family visit me every month and I will always refer them to your great establishment for fine refreshments, and stellar and SAFE atmosphere.   Stopped in for the first time in Denver on Saturday 7/27 Bartender was rude could care less. Wont step inside there again. And I was the only customer in there.

  Woohoo! Always a fun time....
  It's laid back, bunch of men, sitting around getting drunk. Some hot, some not, but all friendly. Beer bust on Sundays rocks. It's absolutely the best time for a Sunday afternoon in Denver.

  Monday's and Tuesday's daytime Chris works and is a great bartender, not as growded until 5 or 6 pm. Com in and have a cold beer or a vodka

  Love this bar. Everyone is friendly, bartenders remember your drink after one time ordering. Love the pool tables. Beer bust on sundays are fun but really packed, sometimes hard to move around, but still fun.

  All good.
  The Wrangler is a great place to go on a sunny Denver afternoon. They're open to the fresh air and sunshine; the day bartender is friendly and serves good cold beer. I really do have to go back some night when I'm back in town, but anyplace that's fun by the light of day should certainly be just as good when the sun sets.

  Went on a Saturday night. People there all stuck to there own but the bartender was cool. He hooked me up with some awesome drinks. Next time I go to Denver I'll go just to see my bartender to get my drink on. Didn't really see any hot bear guys though maybe next time.

  Comfortable Neighborhood Bar
  I have been to Wranglers a few times, always in the early evening. It has a nice local atmosphere and most everyone knows everyone else. Not that this was a problem, they were all friendly and happy to meet someone new. I enjoyed my visits and intend to drop by the next time I am in Denver.

  UPDATE OF MY REVIEW...
  You will find my original review below, I have been to this bar 3 more times since my last review, and it gets worse everytime. Horribly, unfriendly staff, smae clientele everytime, and just nothing special. The drinks are pricey in comparsion to the other bars in the area. Skip it. Disinterested bar tenders. clickish crowd, $4 for a warm draft beer that was stale, I couldn't finish that nasty beer fast enough to get out of there. They play one country song then one pop song. Not going back!

  Love The Denver Wrangler!
  This bar is loads of fun!! People are always nice here. Love that they keep this place as a mans bar with NO drag queens. I deff dig the bearish guys and this bar sure does offer it all. Yes they do have a small dance room floor in the back room that is open from thurday to Sunday with great Music.. The Sweet night is a great dance night with all kinds of sexy bears who come and dance from all ages and that is every other Saturday. The bartenders at The Wrangler are cuties even the door man/security. The wrangler does have lot of attractive people who come there, Young and older. Oh when Beer bust comes every sunday its the spot to be from 4-8pm get really packed and you just buy a 8 dollar cup and get unlimited beer the whole time from those hours. I really like that this a man bar so masucline guys come in. Yeah sorry drag queens you cant get in oh well there is always charlies ewww lol. And no its NOT discriminating. If you dont look like your Government I.D. why should they take the risk and let you in?? They are just thinking smart and staying on the safe side and making sure people look like there I.D's and being of the age 21 and up! So if your a drag queen just go to charlies. Not here im so glad they dont allow them in here. or this place will look dumppy like charlies. gross.. There are 2 smoking patio's one in front of the bar and the other one is back of the bar. I highly recommend this bar to anyone. Best nights togo is Thurday 3-2-1 so drinks are very cheap and Friday, Saturday and Sunday.. You will have a good time. Stop reading negative people's post here and TRY IT OUT for YOURSELF..
