DGMC Presents HOME: Building Pride, Finding Family

HOME: Building Pride, Finding Family is a special event featuring the Denver Gay Men's Chorus and Sopranos and Altos from other choruses in Denver and solo singers as well. The show will focus on creating your home/family, and feature the Colorado premiere of Street Requiem, by Kathleen McGuire, Andy Payne and Jonathon Welch. The Denver Gay Men's Chorus will start the show with a special Pride concert, with anthems from Dear Evan Hansen, The Greatest Showman and the Movie, Selma. The second act will feature DGMC with all of our guest artists and a chamber orchestra as we premiere the cantata of Street Requiem in Denver! Proceeds of this show will benefit 4 local agencies that struggle to support the homeless cause in the Denver area: Same Cafe The Gathering Place St Francis Center Urban Peak This performance will be at Trinity United Methodist Church on Broadway and 18th St in Denver!
