The CO Elections Study Group
In response to the public outcry from citizens, both of the Presidential Primary bills were killed, and a CO Elections Study Group was formed to invite public comment on this topic. The citizens' message was loud and clear that the legislature was rushing into a "fix" as a knee-jerk reaction, and so they heard, they listened, and they changed course.
