Please bring either meat-based or vegetarian chili which will be added to a common meat-chili pot or a veggie-chili pot OR a side dish or dessert to share for the evening. The club will furnish all plates/bowls/cups/utensils and have the water and soda coolers available as usual.
5:45 pm – 7:00 pm "business meeting session" will begin. President Ken Morgan will conduct this session with assistance from board members and our 2020 convention promotion duo! (Of course, eating might continue throughout the meeting time!)
A specific meeting agenda will be made available that evening; one component will be the election of new officers for 2016 and selection of a benefit partner for the year. In order to vote in these matters, a member must pay his/her dues of $40.00. Pay our treasurer Sheila any time before this date or in the earliest part of your attendance that day!
