Break for Lunch **There is a yoga class that meets from 1-3pm. I will be taking this class and encourage others to do so. It's the perfect way to go into our afternoon.
5 Stones For Harmonious Living
3 - 5pm
When we begin seeking a life beyond our current state, a life filled with abundance, love and joy. This pursuit is greatly affected by our ability to find harmony in our day-to-day life. Using the energy from stones to connect to our personal state of harmony is most easily achieved during meditation.
In this class, you will learn HOW to think about choosing stones to help in your quest for living harmoniously. You will also have the opportunity to create your own harmony totem for meditation.
